🚗 Arrival & Mobility

• 🚌 Bus to the Royal Castles:
  From Füssen towards Hohenschwangau / Neuschwanstein.
  Tip: Go early in the morning – it gets crowded later.

  Direct connections e.g. to Kaufbeuren / Munich, highway A7 (Kempten). From the station you can easily reach the old town on foot.

📜 House Rules

• 🚭Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Please use the ashtray and keep the balcony door closed while smoking.
• 🐾Pets only upon prior agreement.
• 🔇Quiet hours 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (please be considerate of neighbors).
• 🎉No parties / loud music.
• ♻️Waste separation: bins are in the hallway and kitchen. The waste house can be accessed with your entrance key.
• 🧼Cooking is expressly encouraged 🍲💚
• 🔥Please do not heat permanently with the balcony door tilted open. After showering, briefly air out to avoid humidity.

• 🟡 Yellow: Packaging made of plastic, cans, Tetra Paks.
• 📦 Paper: Cardboard, paper, newspapers (please clean).
• 🗑️ Residual waste: Everything that cannot be recycled.
• 🫙 Glass: Sort by color (white / brown / green) – public glass containers in town. Please do not put glass in residual waste.

ℹ️ Using Appliances in the Apartment

• 📺 TV / Streaming:
  Smart TV with satellite reception. You may log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime etc.) – please log out again before departure.
• 🔥 Heating & Ventilation:
  Do not heat with the balcony door permanently tilted open. After showering, briefly air out to prevent moisture.
• 🧼 Washing Machine:
  Use is free, detergent included. Recommended program: “Mix 40°”.
• 🍽️ Dishwasher:
  Tabs are provided under the sink. Please start only when full (save energy 💚).
• 🚪 Waste Room:
  Separate bins in kitchen / hallway. Access with your entrance key.

• ☕Coffee, tea & sugar can be found in the upper cupboard – please help yourself.
• 🧂Basic spices provided (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc.).
• 🧽Please do not place hot pots directly on the countertop or tables – thank you! 🙏
• 🗑️Small amounts of waste may be left in the apartment – we’ll dispose of it.
